I have over 25 years’ experience working in fast-paced SME environments, holding senior and director-level responsibility across a wide range of business functions.

My background spans operations, people and HR, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, IT, warehouse management and organisational development. This breadth of experience gives me a practical understanding of how the different parts of a business need to work together to perform well.

Having spent my career solving operational, people and commercial challenges from within the business, I understand the pressures that owners, leaders and teams face when they are growing, changing or managing competing priorities. I know that, in an SME, challenges rarely sit neatly within one department—an issue in people, processes, systems or communication can quickly affect customer service, costs, productivity and growth.

I established my advisory practice to share that experience with other SMEs. I provide practical, hands-on support that helps business owners and leadership teams bring clarity to complexity, strengthen day-to-day operations and build the foundations needed for sustainable growth.
